Portraiture
This was a personal passion project of mine to develop my creative skills alongside my degree, with a focus on celebrating the beauty of black women.
During this personal project, I took inspiration from many different artists, merging my own artistic style with elements of their artwork, techniques and layouts. By utilising a multitude of different techniques and media throughout these portraits, I effectively developed a broad range of artistic skills in oil paints, watercolours, pencils, acrylic paints, collages and photography.
