All We Are
Objective
Working with the client All We Are, a UK-based jewellery brand, we were briefed as a team to create a minute-long promotional film to showcase their new line. For this group brief, we were given a specific film we had to take inspiration from to develop the concept for the advertisement: my team were assigned the sci-fi film ‘The Fifth Element’.

The creation of the All We Are advertisement included filming, photography and production. From idea generation, location and styling board creation, through to final filming and editing. During this project, my software skills significantly improved, learning from team members’ strengths in editing and photography. Personally, I contributed my creative skills in styling and concept development whilst working effectively and collaboratively as a team.
Inspired by the main character’s distinctive orange hair, we incorporated this feature prominently throughout the advertisement for All We Are. To infuse a sci-fi element, we explored various techniques, such as experimenting with camera angles, editing, sound, and incorporating a fish eye lens to evoke the desired response. The narrative follows a young woman envisioning her life through the lens of jewellery pieces. She envisions a more vibrant and liberated existence and uses jewellery as a means to imaginatively express herself and break free from the monotony of her daily routine.
As part of my involvement, I developed concept boards, gathered styling references, and conducted location scouting to effectively communicate our vision to the client.
